Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation is the professional Designation offered by the Council of Residential Specialists. The CRS Designation is the highest professional designation awarded to REALTORSÂ® in the residential real estate sales field. Fewer than 3 percent of all REALTORSÂ® hold the CRS Designation.
Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS).
